Production Supervisor

Electronics Industry

Responsibilities:

-Manage daily operations, resource planning, and the reporting/analysis of production data (Yield, Quantities, Headcount).

-Ensure production schedule and resources (man, machine, method, material) are well-planned & in-place to support customer requirement

-Ensure all documentation (Work Instructions, Process Flows, Standard Times) is accurate and strictly followed on the floor.

-Inventory checking and reporting.

-Prepares and provides required data for the superior

-Partner with QA to resolve customer complaints maintain high safety standards and ensure proper use of PPE and equipment.

-Responsible for recruitment, coaching, training, and performance evaluations of production staff.

-Support new machine qualifications, layout changes, and cost-saving initiatives.

-Monitor material consumption, and departmental cleanliness/discipline.

Requirements:

-5 experience years in Production, including at least 2-3 years at a Management level.

-Expert in production data analysis, cost sensitivity, and resource planning.

-Proven ability to manage large teams, enforce discipline, and drive performance management.

-Organized, proactive, and a reliable team player with excellent analytical and communication skills.
