Production Supervisor

Responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficient, timely, and high-quality production.

1.Develop and execute production plans based on sales forecasts and customer orders.

2.Ensure production schedules are optimized to meet delivery deadlines.

3.Ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements.

4. Lead quality issue resolution and drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g. Kaizen, QC tools).

5. Ensure the production area complies with safety regulations and environmental standards.

6. Promote safety awareness and enforce safe operating procedures.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above.

2. Above 4 years production line management on final assembly and testing.

3. Working experience in production line management.

4. Good communcation skills.

5. Familier with produciton management.

6. MS Office skill.

7. Poactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized.

8. Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.

9. Builds effective collaboration across teams to achieve common goals.

10. Able to work under pressure and eager to learn.

11. Maintains high performance in challenging environments while continuously improving skills.

12. Highly initiative-driven with flexibility to adapt quickly in a matrix organization.

13. Works effectively with cross-functional teams to meet targets within tight timelines.
