【Candidate Profile】
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in process engineering or manufacturing environments.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Forestry, or related disciplines.
- Intermediate English skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, with the ability to communicate in technical contexts.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing production processes, process control, and optimization methodologies. Proficient in data analysis tools and process simulation software.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex process and equipment-related issues in a fast-paced production environment.
- Proven experience in leading or supporting process improvement initiatives, with the ability to manage projects effectively from planning through execution.
【Responsibilities】
- Optimize and fine-tune production processes through direct interaction with machinery and equipment, improving efficiency, reducing waste, and stabilizing product quality.
- Perform hands-on troubleshooting and equipment tuning by diagnosing mechanical, process, and operational issues on the production line, minimizing downtime and ensuring reliable performance.
- Support installation, commissioning, and modification of machinery, working closely with maintenance and vendors to improve equipment capability and process reliability.
- Develop and validate process conditions for new products and changes through on-site trials, machine adjustments, and close collaboration with R&D and production teams.
- Utilize process data and real-time machine parameters to monitor performance, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions directly at the equipment level.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean / Six Sigma) by executing shopfloor enhancements, optimizing machine settings, and standardizing best practices across operations.
