This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager, located in Taoyuan City. The Production Manager will oversee day-to-day production operations, ensuring efficiency, adherence to quality standards, and on-time delivery. Responsibilities include monitoring production schedules, managing resources, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and enforcing safety protocols. The role involves maintaining compliance with regulations, optimizing processes, and leading a team to achieve production targets.

• Strong background in Production Management, Operations Management, and Supply Chain Coordination
• Proficiency in Process Optimization and Quality Assurance techniques
• Experience in Team Leadership and Staff Coordination
• Knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
• Prior work experience in the chemical manufacturing industry is a plus
• Proficiency in relevant software for production management and reporting is beneficial
