Overview Of The Position

BizLink is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Production Line Manager to spearhead our manufacturing operations. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of production plans, ensuring uncompromising quality and optimal efficiency. By championing lean manufacturing principles, driving process standardization, and fostering a high-performance team culture, you will play a critical part in enhancing our global manufacturing competitiveness and achieving our delivery commitments to world-class customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the comprehensive execution of production plans, including rigorous scheduling, lead-time control, and continuous output monitoring to ensure delivery targets.
  • Monitor product quality metrics meticulously and establish robust improvement plans to simultaneously enhance capacity and manufacturing excellence.
  • Control manufacturing costs effectively while driving process optimization and the implementation of standardized Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Coordinate technical equipment issues, optimize production line layouts, and lead the integration of advanced automation technologies.
  • Lead and inspire the production team through strategic task allocation, performance evaluations, and the development of multi-skilled personnel.
  • Communicate and coordinate seamlessly with cross-functional departments, including PMC, Quality Control, Engineering, and Warehouse, to resolve operational challenges.
  • Enforce rigorous 5S management standards and drive a culture of Continuous Improvement (CI) across all production activities.
  • Execute other strategic manufacturing projects, operational enhancements, and ad-hoc managerial assignments as directed by upper management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • At least 5 years of proven professional working experience in production management, manufacturing leadership, or industrial engineering.
  • Intermediate proficiency in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing) for professional technical communication and cross-border coordination.
  • High proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and engineering design software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
  • Demonstrated technical expertise in electronic product technology transfer, system testing, equipment maintenance, and quality inspection protocols.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities, with a proven track record in talent cultivation, motivation, and performance management.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to utilize analytical tools to identify production bottlenecks and formulate effective solutions.
  • Deep foundational knowledge of manufacturing processes, resource scheduling, crisis management, and Total Quality Management (TQM).
  • Solid practical experience in implementing Lean Manufacturing methodologies and driving systemic operational improvements.
