What Youll Do:

Responsible for leading and implementing comprehensive Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) strategies aligned with Golf Prides development goals. Oversees preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, facility operations, and cross-functional coordination to ensure optimal production efficiency and ESG compliance.'
'Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full implementation of TPM across the plant in alignment with corporate strategy.
- Continuously update and execute AM/PM preventive maintenance programs.
- Establish departmental KPIs, monitor performance, analyze gaps, and drive corrective actions.
- Manage maintenance orders including manpower allocation, spare parts planning, production downtime coordination, and permit applications for subcontractor entry.
- Develop and train maintenance technicians to meet automation equipment demands.
- Plan required skills, headcount, and budget for maintenance personnel based on plant-wide equipment needs.
- Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures using CI, RIE, A3 tools; implement error-proofing and cost-out initiatives.
- Support energy resource management and carbon reduction efforts related to water and electricity usage.
- Prepare capital expenditure plans including CAR documentation, project charts, and Gantt schedules.
- Serve as the MESH element owner and promote its implementation across departments.
- Execute tasks assigned by supervisors with precision and accountability.
Facility & ESG Management
- Oversee facility systems maintenance and scheduling (water, gas, electricity, wastewater, air pollution, HVAC).
- Control and plan maintenance-related costs.
- Lead environmental and ESG improvement initiatives (e.g., ventilation, heat dissipation, energy saving, zero discharge).
- Monitor internal systems for operational stability, including data analysis and anomaly resolution.
- Develop and execute fire protection and emergency response plans; manage fire system maintenance and regulatory reporting.
- Ensure wastewater and waste treatment operations comply with legal standards.
- Manage security operations including monthly inspections, surveillance systems, and contract oversight.
- Identify and comply with relevant regulations (e.g., Electrical Act, Energy Management Act, Building Safety Inspection, Fire Safety Law).
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Facilitate communication and coordination across departments, vendors, and corporate teams (equipment, manufacturing, EHS).
- Supervise construction projects for factories and office buildings; integrate requirements from various units.
- Assist and plan general affairs operations.
- Collaborate with CIM engineers to support digital upgrades of in-plant equipment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in process engineering, equipment maintenance, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of proven leadership and team management experience.
- Strong English communication and writing skills.
- Background in mechanical engineering or equipment-related disciplines is preferred.'
