Accountabilities
- Monitor application, systems and data to ensure quality deliverables
- Handle customer enquiries via emails, live-chats and phone calls
- Assist in statistics analysis and monitor the usage log and performance
- Assist to identify support trends and potential product enhancement
- Prepare and conduct training to customers
Requirements
- Degree in business administration, e-Logistics, e-Commerce, Supply Chain or related discipline is preferred
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
- Basic experience or knowledge in trading, shipping, import or export will be an advantage
- Well-organized, responsible, multi-tasking and ability to work under pressure
- Good problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Technical Proficiency:
- Basic knowledge of file formats (XML, JSON, CSV, flat files).
- Basic SQL knowledge for querying databases.
- Basic knowledge with FTP/SFTP, AS2, and other data transmission protocols.
- Basic IT & Troubleshooting Skills, understanding of error logs and basic debugging.
- Ability to assist in monitoring EDI transactions and resolving failures.
- Shift duty is required
