Job Description:
You will play a key role in enabling Taiwan market business growth through customization planning and execution. This role supports initiatives such as promotion packs, secondary packaging solutions, product relabeling, and market-specific customization operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in customization planning and execution for new initiatives, promotional packs, relabeling, and secondary packaging solutions for the Taiwan market.
- Coordinate with internal teams and 3rd party logistics partners to manage customization timelines, CPS, capacity planning, and execution readiness.
- Participate in packaging material procurement planning and execution with external vendors and suppliers.
- Monitor packaging material sufficiency and make proper judgments based on volume changes, business priorities, and supply risks.
- Manage SAP System to support planning, forecasting, and supply readiness. Develop strong system knowledge and support brands and cross-functional teams with their operational issues.
- Participate in process optimization and productivity improvement, and be in charge of cost verification and billing management.
- Develop and implement customized solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams, and monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make necessary adjustments.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail, patience, and ownership in daily operation follow-up.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with 3PL, vendors, and multi-functional teams.
- Solid Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and basic data processing.
- Willingness and interest to work with systems, data, and operation details.
- Project management, operation and supply planning experience preferred.
- Experience in operation, supply planning, business support, sales administration, or project coordination is a plus.
- Previous experience with SAP, ERP systems, digital tools, or data-processing tools is a strong plus.
