Product Specialist

We are seeking a motivatedProduct Specialistto support and grow our GSI accounts. This role is ideal for candidates with at least 2 years of Sales or Product management experience in cloud, network, or security product lines, who are looking to transition into a client-facing, account management role. You will work closely with senior account managers to develop product knowledge, manage smaller GSI accounts, and ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Undergo trainings and certifications assigned department (10%)

• Supporting the Primary or National Account Manager for liaising with Key accounts (40%)

• Working on individual contribution through GSI smaller accounts (30%)

• Operational excellence - pipeline management, forecasting & inventory management. Execution - Credit management, Order processing, AR Collections (20%)

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with Graduate field of study required.

• Minimum 2 years of sales, product management experience in cloud, network, or security product lines.

• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and enterprise solutions.

• Good communication and presentation skills in English

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• High ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality.

• Able to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively, and close transactions with mutually beneficial results.

• Possesses strong multi-cultural interpersonal skills.

• Able to quickly learn new systems and technology.
