Product Specialist

This position is to provide technical product related information, training and support to internal as well as external customers for Material Characterization (MatChar) product line.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sale and post-sale support on MatChar product line
• Support MatChar products revenue in Taiwan
• MatChar product line sample analysis supports and method development
• Collect products and application information, preparing sales tools for sales team
• Demonstrate instruction operation and running sample per request by sales team
• Provide product training for both internal and external customers and prepare training materials
• Provide application support based on customer requests
• Support marketing plans that drive sales development in Taiwan
  
  

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor and above Degree in Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Chemistry or related. The preferred education is analytical chemistry background.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in relevant field and direct customer contact experience with preference for technical support area.
• Experience with material characterization techniques and related analytical technologies & instrumentation are desirable.
