Job Description

The ideal candidate will play a key role within the Sales function, responsible for driving profitable growth by promoting technology-based solutions aligned with customer business needs. You will develop customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate closely with internal teams as well as vendors and partners to deliver effective solutions and support business expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities to expand market reach and grow business pipelines.
  • Research sales leads, understand customer organizational structures, and build strong customer relationships.
  • Promote company products and solutions through customer visits and business development activities.
  • Generate proposals, quotations, and contracts based on customer requirements.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving issues, addressing feedback, and strengthening customer trust.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, distributors, and strategic partners.
  • Work closely with sales, presales, engineering, and marketing teams to align solutions with customer needs and market trends.
  • Participate in training programs, workshops, and vendor-related initiatives to enhance product knowledge and market positioning.
  • Regularly review sales performance, pipeline status, and project progress with line managers.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in selling software, professional services, or public cloud solutions, with at least one public cloud certification (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  • Strong understanding of technology solutions and customer business environments.
  • Experience in system integration, solution selling, or technology-related sales is preferred.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and vendors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Good English communication skills.
