Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role located in Hsinchu City for a Product Planning & Marketing (Hardware PLM) professional. The role involves overseeing product planning processes, conducting detailed market research, and developing product strategies aligned with market demands. The successful candidate will evaluate customer needs, identify right business case, define right unnique product specifications, successful project kickoff and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product development and product quality. Additionally, monitor industry trends to ensure that Edgecore Networks product offerings remain cutting-edge technology and unique value proposition.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with AI DC/Cloud DC Networking technologies and related hardware products and product specs
- Independent critical thinking with Fluent communication skills with effective communication in Mandarin and English, both verbal and written
- Educational background in Computer Sciense, Communicaiton, Engineering or related field (Master's degree required; advanced degree is a big plus)
- Strong expertise in Product Strategy, Product Planning, , product lifecycle planning, optimizaiton and innovations
- Excellent Analytical Skills to analyze market trends, interpret data, and make timely informed decisions
- Proficiency in identifying customer needs, customer pain points - really care about customer is a big plus
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and instrumentally communicate strategic recommendations
- Proactive, detail-oriented, effective-result-oriented and capable of managing competing priorities in fast-paced environments
