Job Description

1. Own the product lifecycle, defining roadmaps and prioritizing requirements to align with business goals and market trends.

2. Lead user flow and wireframe design for software (App/Web), ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience for B2B users.

3. Conduct market research, customer requirements identification, competitive analysis, and industry trend studies

4. Act as a primary communicator to present product proposals, features, and roadmap in both English and Chinese, internally and externally

5. Required to coordinate with multiple teams to define a workable process and efficient practice and procedures for day-to-day operations of related products and services

6. Support sales and marketing team by providing product information and demos

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above; Computer Science, Engineering, or UX related backgrounds are preferred.
2. 3+ years in software product planning or management; With technical knowledge to discuss API/SDK logic with engineering teams and B2B product planning experience is a plus
3. Proven ability to design user flows and wireframes for software (App or Web), with a focus on B2B usability
4. Able to identify B2B clients business needs & pain points, and translate to scalable product solutions and technical specs.
5. A self-motivated problem solver who can manage priorities under pressure in a fast-paced AI environment.
6. Fluent in English (written & oral) to collaborate with global teams and stakeholders
