Aufgabengebiet
- Engage with key enterprise and hyperscale customers to understand system-level requirements and translate them into material-based solutions
- Build and manage strategic partnerships across OEM/ODM supply chains from early design to mass production
- Develop and execute market strategies in emerging technology segments such as datacentres and HPC
- Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to define new materials aligned with industry trends (e.g. thermal management, high power density)
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, converting customer needs into specifications and commercial outcomes
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to accelerate growth across regions and business units
- Maintain strong customer relationships, conduct executive-level engagement, and develop robust sales pipelines
- Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to drive strategic planning
- Contribute to long-term business strategy, annual planning, and go-to-market initiatives
Anforderungsprofil
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, materials science, chemistry, or related field
- 5-10 years of experience in market development, sales, or technical marketing within relevant industries
- Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to generate and close new business
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across all organisational levels
- Analytical mindset with strong project and priority management capabilities
- Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in dynamic, global environments
- Experience in customer-centric selling methodologies and cross-functional collaboration
