Aufgabengebiet

  • Engage with key enterprise and hyperscale customers to understand system-level requirements and translate them into material-based solutions
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships across OEM/ODM supply chains from early design to mass production
  • Develop and execute market strategies in emerging technology segments such as datacentres and HPC
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to define new materials aligned with industry trends (e.g. thermal management, high power density)
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, converting customer needs into specifications and commercial outcomes
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to accelerate growth across regions and business units
  • Maintain strong customer relationships, conduct executive-level engagement, and develop robust sales pipelines
  • Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to drive strategic planning
  • Contribute to long-term business strategy, annual planning, and go-to-market initiatives

Anforderungsprofil

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, materials science, chemistry, or related field
  • 5-10 years of experience in market development, sales, or technical marketing within relevant industries
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to generate and close new business
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across all organisational levels
  • Analytical mindset with strong project and priority management capabilities
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in dynamic, global environments
  • Experience in customer-centric selling methodologies and cross-functional collaboration
