Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager with proven expertise and strong copywriting skill to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will be the champion of our products. You will develop go-to-market strategies, craft compelling messaging, and enable sales teams with the insights they need. This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and sales, ensuring the successful positioning and promotion of our equipment across global markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer insights, and positioning opportunities.

Develop and refine product value propositions and competitive differentiators.

Monitor fitness industry trends to inform strategy.

Plan and execute product launches: messaging, sales enablement, channel alignment, timelines, and KPIs.

Collaborate with Product team to translate technical specs into compelling marketing narratives.

Write and manage marketing content: product brochures, website copy, presentations, and case studies.

Partner with the creative team to develop impactful visual and video assets.

Collaborate on digital campaigns across email, SEO, social media, and paid media.

Create sales tools such as sales cards, feature comparison sheets, and product one-pagers.

Train sales teams on product positioning, key talking points, and objection handling.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3 years of experience in product marketing, brand marketing, or B2B marketing in the fitness equipment industry.
  • Excellent English writing and editing skills with ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proactive Learning & Contribution. Stay ahead of industry trends, experiment with emerging formats, and share insights that sharpen team performance.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills with an ability to turn features into benefits.
  • Background in working with distributors or channel marketing is a plus.
  • Bilingual is a plus (Mandarin)
