Product Manager – Trading (AI-Native)

The Role

We're looking for a Product Manager to own trading products across futures, copy trading, and quantitative trading. You'll work with engineers and trading strategy teams to build features that matter to serious traders — better execution, tighter risk controls, and smarter UX.

This isn't an AI product role. It's a trading PM role for someone who's already using AI as part of how they think and work — drafting specs, stress-testing logic, analyzing data, researching competitors. If you're still doing all of that manually, this probably isn't the right fit.

What You'll Do

• Own the product roadmap for futures, copy trading, and quant trading features
• Collaborate with engineering and trading teams to improve execution logic, liquidation models, risk frameworks, and copy trading mechanics
• Define specs, run user behavior analysis, and pressure-test edge cases — using whatever tools (including AI) get you there faster
• Track post-launch performance: latency, slippage, fill rates, follower returns, user feedback
• Stay on top of what other exchanges are shipping and why it matters

What We're Looking For

• Product management experience at a crypto exchange, trading desk, or DeFi protocol
• Strong understanding of order books, matching engines, risk controls, and API infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with spot, futures, or options products; quant background is a plus
• Someone who's already integrated AI into their daily product workflow — we'll ask you how during the process
• Crypto industry experience is required

Nice to Have

• Experience building or shipping AI-powered products (any domain — not limited to trading)
