Responsibilities
1. Be fully responsible for Douyin's privacy compliance product work, promptly respond to the needs of business security, regulatory compliance and user privacy protection, continuously adjust and improve the existing compliance governance level and security strategy according to changes in the internal and external environment, and systematically accumulate the core capabilities of user privacy protection 2. Responsible for building privacy compliance-related platform products from 0-1, responsible for demand analysis and planning of a certain module, designing product prototypes, and writing requirements documents to promote rapid iteration of the platform 3. Improve the security effect data evaluation system, continuously improve Douyin's privacy compliance level through product operations and other means, and work closely with the company's business team and other middle-office teams in the direction of security and privacy compliance to strengthen information exchange 4. Coordinate project stakeholders, actively promote collaboration, and complete project implementation. At the same time, we continuously optimize the project management process for security requirements and improve the construction of platforms, processes, and tools that meet business needs.
Qualifications
1. Computer, design and other related majors, experience in regulatory compliance, privacy protection, information security, network security and other security-related work is preferred 2. Have prototype interaction ability and be proficient in using software such as Figma/Axure/Sketch 3. Have a broad overall view, have accurate judgment on complex issues, and have good product decision-making ability 4. Be able to fully mobilize resources and coordinate the team to achieve goals. Applicants with more than 1 year of team management experience will be preferred 5. Have excellent logical thinking ability, strong curiosity and good learning ability, be good at language and written expression, and be able to communicate and collaborate well 6. Be serious, responsible and enthusiastic, willing to meet challenges, and have a strong ownership mentality.
