Product Manager

Hiring Position: Product Manager (Taiwan)

Location: New Taipei City, Taiwan

Eligibility: Taiwan Citizen Only

Candidate Focusing: Only in industrial and medical computer related.

As part of Teguars IP Product and Global Custom Product Group, you will:

1. Customization Review project inquiries and customer requirements with the PM team. Develop test plans, and create or collect relevant test reports.
2. Change & Compliance Management Manage PCN/ECN processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee product validation/verification testing for pre-sales. Serve as the technical PM contact to verify vendor certifications and ensure proper internal communication when product changes occur.
3. Debugging & Issue Resolution Collaborate with vendors to identify failures, replicate issues (from Teguar USA or customer side), and drive resolution.
4. Product Development Lifecycle Oversee each stage of product design and development. Align team decisions, translate designs into mock-ups, prototypes, and final mass-production products.
5. Quality & Process Management Lead ISO processes and establish Quality Management practices for Teguar Taiwan.

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Engineering within IPC (Industrial PC) manufacturing.
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and cross-functional collaboration).
• Proven ownership and leadership in managing complex projects.
• own vehicle, driver license, able to travel not just Taiwan but also other countries.
