Product Manager / Technical Manager (Semiconductor - Front & Back End)

Location: North Singapore

Work Schedule: 5 Days (Mon - Fri, 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM)

Remuneration: Competitive Base Salary + AWS + Variable Bonus (VB)

About the Role

We are seeking a versatile and strategic leader to join our team in a hybrid capacity as a Product Manager / Technical Manager. This is a pivotal role within our semiconductor division, where you will bridge the gap between technical engineering excellence and product strategy. You will be responsible for leading high-performing teams, influencing next-generation equipment features, and delivering technical solutions that meet the complex needs of our global customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Partner with the Business Unit, Head of Engineering, and Sales teams to develop and execute comprehensive product and technical strategies.

• Product Development & Influence: Deeply understand customer requirements to influence next-generation product features and drive technical innovation.

• Technical Solutions & Support: Provide expert applications support for customer implementations, ensuring successful equipment introduction and troubleshooting.

• Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and develop engineering and technical teams to maintain a high-performance culture and operational excellence.

• Complex Problem Solving: Manage high-level engineering challenges through data analysis, experimentation, and seamless cross-functional coordination.

• Sales Collaboration: Assist Sales teams in evaluating product applications and preparing technical specifications for new business opportunities.

• Process Excellence: Maintain and review engineering process documentation to ensure alignment across all functions.

• Lifecycle Management: Oversee equipment optimization and lifecycle management within a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Material Science, or a related discipline.

• Proven background in the Engineering or Semiconductor industry.

• Prior experience with Semiconductor Equipment (Front-End or Back-End) is highly preferred.

• Managerial or supervisory experience is an advantage must demonstrate the ability to lead and develop technical talent.

• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for cross-functional collaboration.
