Main Purpose:
We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to help accelerate the adoption of our RF Antennas and Components in key markets and maintain Taoglas position as the leading IoT solutions provider. You will partner with engineering, sales and outbound marketing teams to maximize the impact on revenue growth and help to bring disruptive new technologies, products and solutions to market.
Reporting to: Director of Product Management/RF Product Lead
Responsibilities:
- Support the Product Launch Process, help define go-to-market strategies and manage and coordinate the collateral required to bring products to market with commercial excellence including marketing activities.
- Demonstrate an excellent knowledge of the customer, the competition, and how a technology uniquely solves that customer's problems that we encounter, in order to drive and foster product development.
- Possess exceptional ability to work cross functionally with other departments such as Engineering and Project Management.
- Support the product life cycle of the Antenna and RF Components portfolio with regards to Engineering Changes, Certification and End of Life.
- Prepare documentations to manage product development and design, such as project charters, product specifications, consult with Engineering on NPI, prepare presentations and proposals for product approvals.
- Support content management on the Taoglas.com website.
- Research and report on industry trends and new product opportunities.
- Understanding and communicating the competitive position of products with regards to pricing, technology differentiators and market verticals.
- Support our Sales and Distribution teams on product queries, training and releases.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Management, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of high-tech/wireless/IoT experience
- Experience with product marketing or management disciplines
- An understanding of RF technology and experience with electronic and wireless systems is desired
- Familiar with supply chain and even RF products production process is preferred
