Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Deliver features and products that delight our customers and generate revenue
- Manage the entire product life cycle from product planning through end-of-life
- Create and manage product roadmaps with clear objectives and long-term vision
- Perform in-depth research into customer application and feedback to engineering teams on how to optimize products.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and communicate solutions for customers
- Develop effective marketing materials and provide product demos and presentations to customers
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to customers and drive resolution to software/firmware/hardware issues to ensure customer satisfaction
- Interact with customers, prospects, partners and latest market trend to define market requirements and forward-looking product strategy
Qualifications
- BSEE/CS, or equivalent. MSEE and/or MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in computer server or storage (SAN, NAS, SDS) products,
- Strong English communication and presentation skills is MUST
- Strong experience and knowledge of systems management, storage application
- Experience in Windows, Linux, networking, storage and virtualization
- Strong software/firmware/hardware troubleshooting skills
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently and as a team member
