The product manager is being reviewed and in the process of performance improvement plan and not showing great progress; need to go for replacement to actively promote EA product and grow door sales by effective brand marketing plan.
Responsibilities
- Follow global marketing strategies to initiate all product launch plans and marketing strategy including:
- Local activation ideas with strategic views including digital marketing, KOL activation and consumer deep dive.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitive assessments, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and define clear product positioning.
- Translate market insights into actionable go-to-market strategies and value propositions.
- In store event, cross brand collaboration, and promotion for innovation etc.
2. Digital Marketing & Media Strategy
- Drive digital marketing strategy across key channels, including social media, KOL/influencer partnerships, and SEO/SEM.
- Manage and collaborate with media and creative agencies to optimize media mix, messaging, and performance.
- Strengthen brand presence, engagement, and conversion across digital touchpoints. To co-work with PR Manager for press conference or press gathering idea initiation.
3. To co-work with Trade team for generating the product flow implemented in DS's promotion plan and execution.
4. Data analysis
5. Brand-related internal processing including:
- Item master and pricing application & Chinese label
- Input product forecast including testers, samples, POS.
- ICM etc
Qualifications
- Bachelor, B.A is a plus
- At least 5 years of marketing experience in prestige cosmetic market.
- Fluent in English speaking, reading, writing.
- All Office software, especially Excel
- Aggressive, Patient in details, leadership and teamwork
- Cosmetic sales experience (at Department Store or Brand side ) is a plus
