We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our Rare Disease Business Unit.
In this role, you will lead product strategy, develop marketing plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and work closely with international partners to improve patient access and support healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for rare disease products.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and product positioning.
- Plan and manage promotional activities and educational programs.
- Provide product training and scientific support to internal teams.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, and external stakeholders.
- Work with global partners to execute local marketing initiatives.
- Monitor product performance and recommend business strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Science, Pharmacy, Medicine or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of Product Management or Marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in pharmaceutical product lifecycle management.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across functions.
- English proficiency for communication with global partners.
