The position is expected to manage the assigned product line in order to achieve the short & longer-term revenue and profitability goals.
The job holder should focus on the ethernet switch, and may plus the IPC & protocol gateway under the rail industry to define and develop the comprehensive product solutions.

Product Development (Major responsibilities)
- Collaborate with Leaders to develop & execute the product roadmap and strategy
- Initiate and execute the product development proposal.
- Control the product development schedule and features.
- Coordinate related divisions and resources to meet the product development goals.
- Provide product related documents, including user's manual, quick installation guide.
- Manage product customization projects.
Product Marketing
- Propose and execute product and service positioning, pricing, channel, and promotion strategy.
- Propose and execute global product marketing communication activities.
- Initiate and execute global marketing campaigns for assigned product lines, application, and vertical markets.
- Create product marketing communication related material, including whitepaper, datasheet, demo kit and other notification documents
Product Management
- Coordinate RD, sales and marketing, manufacturing, QA, and customer service resources to grow global customer satisfaction.
- Initiate & execute product phase-in and phase-out activities.
- Initiate & execute product line quality/value improvement and cost down activities.
Business Development
- Initiate and execute product line global business development activities for specific customer segments, applications, and vertical markets.
- Cultivate product line business in assigned region.
- Coordinate SBU internal support and cooperate with regions efforts to increase win rate of customer projects & opportunities.
- Partnered with KAM to be responsible for KA strategy development and achieve business goal

- Education: University graduated with EE or other engineering degrees.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in following position

- Language: TOEIC 785 at least

- Language: Fluent in Chinese writing/speaking, Good in English reading/writing/listening/speaking.
- Skill set: Familiar with industrial or commercial networking applications. Familiarity of NPDP (New Product Development Procedure) is a plus. Quick learning skills in new technologies and market trends.
- Characteristics: Passionate in coordination and negotiation, high EQ, sales/marketing oriented, enthusiastic in people engagement.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading team level or cross-functional project as well as mentoring/coaching junior staff is a plus.
