Job Description

Description Purpose:

We are seeking an experienced marketer to manage PC business.

This individual will play a critical role in driving business growth and ensuring launch excellence for new pipeline.

Key Tasks:

- Develop and implement marketing/brand strategy to achieve or exceed team objectives.

- Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer feedback and business goals.

- Monitor product performance and user feedback to iterate and improve product offerings continuously.

- Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages open communication, creative problem-solving, and accountability.

- Capable to collect internally & externally intelligence to have forecast accuracy

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for innovation.

- Capable to align local strategy with regional/ global direction especially in brand strategy & positioning.

- Optimize resources allocation with clear lead and lag metric to know ROI

- Develop and maintain good relations with thought leaders.

- Launch preparation of new pipeline to achieve launch excellence

Key Working Relation:

1. Close work with product team members (sales, medical, supply chain, LPC, market access, commercial excellence etc..) to achieve business/brand goal

2. Under coach with Marketing Lead and Product Team Lead

3. Align with regional and global colleague

4. External and internal stakeholders management

Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree of biological or medical relative areas.

- Master degree or MBA is a plus.

- At least 2-year marketing experience in Oncology , areas of prostate cancer is a plus

- Familiar with specialty medicine operation is a plus.

-Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.

-Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

-Good at enterprise thinking, strategic thinking, execution excellence, and result oriented.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.

-Positive mindset with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and overcoming challenges.

-Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Good command of spoken and written English and fluent in Mandarins.

- Job title and job grade are subjected to the candidate's qualification.
