Purpose of the Role: Product Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies to strengthen brand equity, drive product performance, and ensure consistent brand communication across all channels.

What You'll Do

  • Develop annual brand plans and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify brand opportunities.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, PR, media, in-store).
  • Evaluate campaign performance and optimize based on ROI and market feedback.
  • Manage product life cycles, including launches, line extensions, and discontinuations.
  • Prepare and manage annual marketing budgets efficiently.
  • Close collaboration with the sales team by providing marketing activity plans, execution evaluations of marketing and trade activities, promotional materials, in-store merchandising materials, and brand information required by the KA team.
  • Cooperate with the supply chain to ensure efficient product supply and stock management.
  • Cooperate with Finance on the marketing expense management including expense reimbursement to clients
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.

Must-Have

What will make you successful:

  • College degree or above
  • 5+ years experience in Marketing in OTC/Pharmaceutical Industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient experience in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills

  • Knowledge of branding, pricing and market research strategies with respect to OTC necessary.
