Product Manager, Oncology
Salary Range: SGD 7,500 - SGD 11,500 per month (Commensurate with experience)
Recruit123 is currently partnering with a leading multinational pharmaceutical organization to hire a Product Manager, Oncology. This is an exciting opportunity to take strategic brand ownership of an innovative oncology portfolio, drive new indication launches, and lead multi-channel commercial execution across Singapore.
What you will be doing:
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated brand strategies, lifecycle management plans, and launch excellence initiatives for specialized oncology therapeutics.
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting deep market analytics, monitoring competitive intelligence, and formulating evidence-based product positioning and marketing campaigns tailored to the Singapore healthcare landscape.
You will partner closely with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Regulatory teams to navigate hospital formulary inclusions, national reimbursement dynamics, and clinical education programs.
You will lead cross-functional launch readiness reviews, develop compliant promotional materials, organize medical symposia and advisory boards, and deliver strategic product training and messaging to field sales teams.
Additionally, you will establish strong collaborative relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), medical oncologists, and healthcare institutions, monitor brand P&L performance against revenue targets, and drive digital omnichannel engagement strategies.
What we are looking for:
We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline, alongside at least 3 to 6 years of pharmaceutical commercial experience, including proven product management or brand marketing success within oncology, haematology, or specialty care.
You should possess solid familiarity with the local healthcare ecosystem, public healthcare cluster procurement processes, and Singapore Association of Pharmaceutical Industries (SAPI) ethical marketing codes.
A strong commercial mindset with demonstrated capability in financial forecasting, budget management, and data-driven market segmentation is required. Exceptional cross-functional leadership, persuasive presentation skills, and the credibility to engage leading clinical oncologists and multidisciplinary stakeholders are essential.
