Purpose and Scope

Bring Astellas MISSION - Turn Innovative Science to VALUE for Patients in brand scientific base approach and market promotion. Identify patient pain points of building the partnership with key stakeholders in focused disease areas and deliver solid strategic and execution plan to optimize patient treatment journey. It is accountable for brand marketing plans which optimize profitability, market share and revenue growth in the short and long term.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Brand Strategy Development, Planning & Implementation

  • Lead cross function brand team for high quality integrated brand plan by deep market insight and broader market overview.

Promotion of market strategy and cooperation

  • Transform marketing objective/strategy and execution plan to national basis and enhance sales team capability to fit market needs and internal criteria.

Development and management of key customers (KOLs)

  • Identify regional base KOLs / speaker list thru pre-launch phase to launch phase. Share KOLs insight with internal cross function team regularly. Tender & Hospital Access

Activities and resource management

  • Optimize resource allocation and suitable activities type, frequency to achieve sales goal.

Required Qualifications

  • College above, medical and pharmacy related preferred
  • At least 6 years sales related or marketing related working experience
  • Oncology field working experience
  • Sales skill, analysis/ problem solving, communication, interpersonal relationship management
  • Good Microsoft software operation skills.
  • Outcome focus, Act with urgency, Enterprise thinking, Proactive, Collaboration, Integrity

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or Business; oncology specialization preferred.
  • 35 years of experience in pharma product management, with focus on oncology.
  • Strong knowledge of oncology market, treatment pathways, and clinical data.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration and product launches.
  • Analytical mindset with strategic thinking and communication skills.
  • English fluency.

Working Environment

  • This position is based in Taiwan office and will require on-site work.
