Job Description

• Define and execute product strategies, roadmaps, and portfolio plans aligned with market opportunities and business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development, launch, supply continuity, and lifecycle management.
• Integrate demand forecasts, market intelligence, and operational capacity planning to optimise inventory and product availability.
• Drive cost management initiatives, pricing strategies, and profitability improvements while maintaining competitive market positioning.
• Monitor product performance, quality metrics, regulatory compliance, and supply chain risks, implementing improvement actions where necessary.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Materials Science, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in product management, product marketing, supply chain management, or a related strategic function within manufacturing industries.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders across technical and commercial teams.
• Demonstrated experience in demand planning, product lifecycle management, cost analysis, and operational performance management.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with a customer- and results-oriented mindset.
