About the Role: We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of our institutional-grade digital asset custody platform. This role will own wallet infrastructure, drive integrations with banking and institutional partners, and shape the product roadmap for secure and scalable custody solutions.
The ideal candidate brings a strong engineering foundation, deep expertise in banking integrations, and hands-on experience with blockchain-based wallet technologies such as MPC and Multisig.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product strategy and execution for wallet infrastructure and digital asset custody platforms.
- Drive the product roadmap for institutional-grade custody solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
- Lead the design and enhancement of wallet architecture, including Multi-Party Computation (MPC) and Multisig frameworks.
- Work closely with engineering teams, contributing to technical discussions, architecture reviews, and implementation decisions.
- Manage and deliver banking and institutional integrations, ensuring seamless transaction execution and settlement flows.
- Conduct detailed gap analysis between client requirements and existing platform capabilities.
- Translate client and partner feedback into structured product inputs to influence blockchain roadmap and product strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Compliance, Operations, and Business) to ensure successful product delivery.
- Act as a key liaison between institutional clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and high-quality outcomes.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of overall experience with at least 3+ years in Product Management roles.
- Mandatory experience as a Product Owner/Manager in Banking Integrations.
- Proven experience working with banks or fintech/service providers supporting bank integrations.
- Strong understanding of how technology platforms integrate with banking systems (APIs, payment rails, compliance flows, settlement processes).
- Solid engineering background with the ability to engage deeply in:
- System architecture
- APIs and microservices
- Code-level discussions
- Hands-on experience with:
- Blockchain / Digital Assets / Crypto infrastructure
- Wallet technologies (MPC, Multisig)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform gap analysis and solution design.
- Fluency in Both English & Mandarin - Mandatory
Preferred / Good To Have
- Experience working with institutional clients (banks, funds, custodians).
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in digital asset custody.
- Exposure to cross-border payment systems and financial infrastructure.
