As a Product Manager in Moxa's Industrial Network Security (INS) Business, you will play a key role in shaping the future of industrial cybersecurity. Product Line Development and Management (60%)
- Initiate, drive new product development and continuous improvement of existing products.
- Coordinate resources across R&D, sales, and technical support to ensure timely and successful product delivery.
- Manage the full product line lifecycle, including market requirement analysis, product definition and positioning, and end-of-life planning.
Product Marketing and Go-to-Market Execution (30%)
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies for assigned product lines.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and regional teams to launch promotional activities and campaigns.
- Support business development efforts and assist sales teams in achieving revenue and market expansion targets.
Other Ad-hoc assignment (10%)
- In charge the business key initiatives in terms of strategic projects or integration project by cross-function.

Education:
- Master's degree in Engineering, a related technical field, or MBA; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
Professional Certificates/Licenses:
- Network or cybersecurity-related certifications are a plus (e.g., IEC 62443-4-2 personal certification, CISP, etc.).
Experience:
- Minimum 5-year experience of being a product manager with solid experience of solution development of firewall and industrial cybersecurity.
- Experience with problem solving, portfolio/roadmap planning, and strategy building.
- Experience in customer facing, especially for B2B, and self-owned brand product marketing
Language:
- Fluent in Chinese and English reading/writing/listening/speaking.
TOEIC score: 785. (TOEIC certificate is better)
