This position exists to support and grow into owning end-to-end product initiatives, spanning development, go-to-market, and life-cycle management. Working closely with senior team members and cross-functional stakeholders, the role acts as an emerging coordination point across teams, partners, and customers—helping translate ideas into execution while building the foundation to take on broader ownership over time.

Responsibilities

A. Project Leadership & Cross-Functional Coordination

Act as a project-level lead and thought partner within product and solution initiatives, helping drive projects forward through structured thinking, proactive communication, and effective coordination.

Work closely with senior product managers, R&D, and cross-functional teams to align scope, priorities, and execution, ensuring momentum across complex, multi-domain initiatives.

B. Product & Solution Development

Support and progressively take ownership of product and solution development activities, from early concept shaping and requirement definition through development, validation, and release. Translate customer needs, market signals, and technical possibilities into actionable product concepts and execution plans.

C. Product Marketing & Market Introduction Enablement

Contribute to product positioning, value propositions, and market introduction strategies in collaboration with internal teams and global partners. Ensure product messages are clear, consistent, and effectively communicated across regions, functions, and customer-facing channels.

D. Product Life-Cycle Management

Participate in and gradually own product life-cycle activities, including managing regional inputs, supporting customer issue analysis, coordinating releases, maintaining roadmaps, and contributing to end-of-life planning. Balance short-term market needs with long-term platform and solution strategy.

E. Business Support & Customer Engagement

Work closely with global key accounts, sales teams, and regional organizations to support customer opportunities, solution discussions, and project execution. Provide product and solution expertise to customer engagements, evaluations, and proof-of-concept activities as needed.

F. Market Exploration & New Business Contribution

  • Continuously explore new market segments, use cases, and emerging technologies. Contribute ideas and insights toward new solution concepts and business models, supporting the team's ambition to grow beyond traditional boundaries and shape future industrial markets.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Education:

  • Master's degree in Engineering, a related technical field, or MBA; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.

Experience:

  • Minimum 7-year experience of being a product manager and project/stakeholder management or combined experience as Field Application Engineer (FAE) and Product Manager.
  • Experience with problem solving, portfolio/roadmap planning, and strategy building.
  • Experience in customer facing, especially for B2B, and self-owned brand product marketing
  • Working experience in MNCs or experience in building and/or organizing any community would be a plus

Language:

  • Fluent in Chinese and English reading/writing/listening/speaking.
  • TOEIC score: 785. (TOEIC certificate is better)
