Job Description: - Initiating and driving business development strategy - Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and prospecting opportunities- - Monitoring strategy deployment and sales target fulfillment, taking appropriate action as necessary - Assisting sales activities, customer interviews and sales tools development - Planning and executing Marketing & Communication campaigns in targeted industries - Project progress, pipeline management and coordination - Region scope: SEA region Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, mechanical, electrical, or related fields. - More than 3 years of relevant experience in HVAC or water and wastewater(WWW) industry in SEA countries - Familiar with the ecosystem of HVAC and WWW industry, and understand in project bidding process - Market and product knowledge in LV Drives and related solution is preferred - Understanding of customer needs, experience in HVAC, WWW industry - Social, networking and stress-tolerant, cultural sensitivity, flexibility e.g. traveling (SEA region) - Good communication and negotiation skills, familiar with market dynamics. Other Requirements: - Willingness to travel. - Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Chinese and English, with good writing skills. - Ability to work well in a team and self-motivated.
