Product Manager - Global Payments

The Company

We are working with a fast-growing global fintech business building modern financial infrastructure for businesses operating across multiple markets. The platform helps companies move, manage and track money internationally with greater speed, transparency and control.

They are looking for a Product Manager to enhance cross-border payment capabilities, improve transfer-status visibility and reduce operational friction for business users.

The Role

• Own product discovery for cross-border transfer improvements, including customer pain points, operational workflows and market expectations.
• Define customer journeys, product requirements and roadmap priorities for payment tracking and transfer-status visibility.
• Work closely with engineering teams on technical requirements, API capabilities, payment workflow logic and platform enhancements.
• Partner with operations, finance operations, customer-facing teams and product stakeholders to reduce manual payment enquiries and improve customer transparency.
• Identify opportunities to reduce failed or delayed transactions through stronger pre-transfer validation and workflow design.
• Create clear product specifications and align customer experience, commercial priorities and technical feasibility.
• Support go-to-market planning, pricing considerations and potential monetisation strategy for new payment capabilities.
• Track post-launch success measures, including customer adoption, operational efficiency and improved payment outcomes.

Your Profile

• 5-10 years of Product Management experience, ideally within fintech, payments, banking, financial platforms or B2B technology.
• Strong experience building complex B2B products involving payments, money movement, APIs or financial infrastructure.
• Ability to work closely with engineering teams and translate technical concepts into clear product requirements.
• Strong product discovery, customer journey mapping, roadmap planning and product specification skills.
• Exposure to cross-border payments, international transfers, SWIFT, payment tracking or transaction monitoring would be advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn operational issues into scalable product improvements.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous and highly cross-functional environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence product, engineering, operations and commercial stakeholders.
