THE ROLE

As a Product Manager at Gizmospring, you are the CEO of your product.

You will lead products from problem discovery to market launch, balancing user impact, engineering feasibility, manufacturing realities, and business outcomes.

This role is not about managing features or writing documents for the sake of process.

It's about choosing the right problems, saying no to work that doesn't matter, and owning real outcomes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

1. Own the Problem (Before the Solution)

  • Identify real user problems worth solving through research, interviews, data, and field insights
  • Define clear problem statements and success metrics tied to user impact, not just revenue
  • Turn ambiguity into focused product opportunities

2. Drive Impact-Focused Product Strategy

  • Define product vision, positioning, and roadmaps aligned with Gizmospring's mission
  • Prioritize ruthlessly impact over feature count
  • Ensure every product answers: Who does this help, and why does it matter

3. Lead Cross-Functional Execution

  • Work closely with Design, R&D, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Manufacturing
  • Align teams around goals, constraints, and trade-offs
  • Make decisions that balance desirability, feasibility, and viability

4. Turn Ideas into Reality

  • Write clear PRDs and briefs that enable execution, not bureaucracy
  • Guide prototyping, validation, iteration, and launch
  • Engage manufacturing early to ensure scalability, quality, and cost discipline

5. Measure What Matters

  • Define and track success metrics that reflect real-world impact
  • Learn from user feedback, usage data, and failures
  • Continuously improve products post-launch there is no finish line

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Must-Haves

  • 3+ years of Product Management or equivalent product ownership experience
  • Strong product judgment knowing what to build and what not to build
  • Experience working with hardware, physical products, or cross-functional engineering teams
  • Ability to turn unclear problems into clear decisions
  • Clear, direct, and honest communication
