• Web based Dashboard app
• Web-site user engagements

Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior/Product Manager - SaaS Product Management with a passion to deliver exciting SaaS products that will be first in the industry to help people manage their health risks and improve work performance.

Your responsibilities include:

• Product ownership from concept to launch
• Conduct market research, customer interviews and user testing to uncover market needs and ensure product-market fit
• Drive pricing and revenue modelling to create a well-defined go-to-market plan
• Facilitate creation and maintenance of proper product documentation
• Organize and manage product development team meetings involving R&D, engineers, architects, quality assurance and operations. Ensure requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans match expectations.
• Ability to work well with all stakeholders. Ensure communications are transparent and up to date
• Define success criteria for testing and product acceptance
• Assess emerging products, technologies and companies to measure their potential value or threat to the company and its products, as well as make recommendations on which new technologies to invest in or leverage

QUALIFICATIONS

• Self-driven and passionate about creating positive impacts in other people's lives
• 3+ years of experience in building SaaS products as product manager or owner, covering market research, conceptualization, planning, development and launch
• Excellent people skills to communicate with and motivate team members from different functional groups
• Have been involved in creation of product pricing and subscription management
• Experience in roadmap prioritization in an Agile environment (scrum, sprints)
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• Acumen in spotting needs, trends, changes and opportunities in our target markets
• Systems skillset : JIRA, Confluence, Figma
