Product Manager - Doubao

1. Responsible for the exploration and implementation of Doubao App product function strategies to inspire users to use more scenarios and ensure the ultimate user experience 2. Lead and collaborate with the R&D, model and evaluation teams to complete user demand analysis, product and strategy design, effect definition and evaluation, etc.

1. More than 5 years of product work experience, positive, optimistic and resilient, with ideas and enthusiasm for products, and careful and sensitive to product experience 2. Able to complete the design, implementation, review and iteration of client functions or complex strategies 3. Ability to clearly define effect expectations and standards, and be able to plan and improve model capabilities 4. Have a relatively mature understanding of users and needs in at least one field such as community, social networking, creative tools, etc. 5.
