PRODUCT MANAGER CREDIT CARD

The Product Manager will be responsible for developing innovative consumer product solutions and driving growth for a leading bank in HK and digital payment portfolios. This role requires deep expertise in consumer behavior, market trends, and strategic product management.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute product strategies to grow consumer payments portfolios, including credit, debit, prepaid, and instalments products
• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to understand consumer needs, preferences, and pain points
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. business development, marketing, analytics) to ideate, design, and launch new consumer product features and experiences
• Analyze portfolio performance data to identify optimization opportunities and make data-driven decisions
• Serve as a subject matter expert, providing strategic guidance and thought leadership to clients on consumer payments trends and best practices
• Stay up-to-date on industry developments, competitors, and regulatory changes to inform product roadmaps
• Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining strong internal and external relationships

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required, MBA or advanced degree in finance, economics, or a related field preferred
• 8+ years of experience in consumer payments, retail banking, or a related financial services role
• Proven track record of developing and launching successful consumer product solutions
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Fluency in English required, proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin
