Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY

This position is responsible for marketing biosimilar products (Immunology and Oncology) through strategic planning and effective marketing mix with optimization of profit. -Build brand Strategy for biosimilar, define the high-level Brand Plan and focus on key operational tactics to address the needs of different external stakeholders.

Work in collaboration with the sales team as key contact for external experts and execute the marketing activities related to area of responsibility with a focus on defining & implementing a multichannel strategy.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

-Strategic Business Planning & Intelligence

a. Analyze market landscape, competitive intelligence (using IQVIA/internal data), and patient flow to identify growth opportunities and Switch potential.

b. Develop comprehensive annual Brand Plans and long-range strategies tailored to specific therapeutic areas (Immunology/Oncology).

c. Monitor brand performance KPIs and agilely adjust strategies to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.

Marketing Strategy Execution & Launch Excellence

a. Design and execute high-impact marketing campaigns that address unmet needs of HCPs and patients.

b. Lead new product launches (if applicable) with a focus on Launch Excellence, ensuring seamless market entry and rapid uptake.

c. Implement segmentation and targeting (S&T) strategies to prioritize high-potential accounts.

Digital & Multi-Channel Engagement

a. Drive the digital transformation of brand promotion by integrating offline and online channels (O2O).

b. Develop customer-centric content for diverse platforms (webinars, e-detailing, social platforms) to increase Share of Voice (SOV).

Financial Acumen & Resource Management

a. Manage the A&P (Advertising & Promotion) budget effectively, ensuring optimal ROI for all marketing activities. b. Analyze P&L statements to understand brand profitability and make data-driven decisions on resource allocation.

Stakeholder Management & KOL Development

a. Build and maintain strong partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), medical societies, and patient advocacy groups.

b. Plan and execute high-quality advisory boards, symposia, and congress activities to foster scientific exchange.

Cross-Functional Leadership

a. Collaborate closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Regulatory teams to align on brand objectives.

b. Provide clear product training and strategic direction to the Sales force to ensure effective message delivery.
