Role summary

We invite you to join our APAC Marketing team as a Regional Professional Program Product Manager. In this role, you will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of strategic professional programs across the APAC region. Your work will directly contribute to the company's growth by developing scalable, market-focused solutions that align with evolving business objectives. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess needs at each stage of the customer journey, ensuring the delivery of the right programs and resources at the right time.

Key Responsibilities

Role expectations

  • Professional Program Ownership: Lead the end-to-end strategy, design, and ongoing evolution of professional programs across APAC. Ensure all programs are consistent, scalable, and impactful, aligning with customer needs throughout key stages of the journey.
  • Market & Cross-Functional Orchestration: Translate strategic objectives into effective market execution, driving adoption and program success. Serve as the regional single point of contact (SPOC) between market teams and cross-functional groups, including channel marketing, clinical, SFE, and IT.
  • Performance & Commercial Impact: Oversee KPI tracking, dashboard development, and governance to evaluate program performance. Support engagement with commercial leadership to drive business outcomes.
  • Compliance Oversight: Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory requirements and guidelines for interactions with healthcare professionals.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree is required, Master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 6 years of related work experience is required. Of this, at least 3 years of relevant experience in Marketing Operations capacity is required.
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment / having Stakeholder Management experience is preferred.
  • Strong business partnering skills and collaboration across multiple groups and organizational levels (internal and external) preferred.
  • Experience with Marketing Excellence, including running Analytics is required. SFDC experience a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills is needed.
  • This position is based out of Taipei, however, we are flexible in terms of the locations in some APAC markets, depending on the qualifications and experience of the applicants.
