Job Summary
Wild Dynasty Pte. Ltd. seeks a hands-on Product Manager to lead the development and growth of AI-powered education products by collaborating across teams to translate user needs into prioritized product improvements.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product roadmap, defining priorities and feature requirements to align with business goals
- Gather and analyze feedback from users, tutors, teachers, and internal stakeholders to inform product decisions
- Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements and detailed user stories for development teams
- Collaborate closely with Engineering and AI teams to enhance product functionality, accuracy, and user experience
- Coordinate with UX/UI, education content, and marketing teams to ensure smooth product development and successful launches
- Track product performance, user behavior, engagement, and key metrics to evaluate product impact and identify improvement areas
- Prioritize product issues and features based on user impact and business value to maximize product effectiveness
- Manage product timelines, follow-ups, and cross-functional deliverables to ensure timely execution
- Conduct competitor and market research focused on AI, EdTech, and digital learning to inform strategic product direction
- Support product testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and continuous product improvement initiatives
Required competencies and certifications
- Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Product Management, or a related discipline
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in Product Management, digital products, technology, or related roles
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills applied to product management tasks
- Ability to take ownership and independently drive projects from concept through execution
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup or growth-stage environment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience with AI-powered products, EdTech, or education platforms
- Familiarity with product analytics and interpreting user behavior data to guide decisions
- Experience working with teachers, tutors, students, or education-related products
- Basic understanding of AI/LLM capabilities and limitations
- Experience launching or scaling digital products
