About The Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the planning and design of our AI Model Intelligent Routing Gateway product. You will be responsible for building a standardized enterprise platform that enables unified access to multiple AI models, while improving routing efficiency, governance, cost optimization, security, compliance, and commercialization capabilities.

This role sits at the core of our AI platform strategy, focusing on turning complex enterprise and model-level requirements into scalable, reusable product capabilities that support long-term business growth.

You Will:

  • Own the end-to-end product planning, design, versioning, and iteration of the AI Model Intelligent Routing Gateway product.
  • Design and continuously improve core capabilities, including multi-model integration, intelligent routing, traffic scheduling, rate limiting, circuit breaking, failover, and fallback/degradation mechanisms.
  • Understand enterprise customer needs across model management, invocation stability, cost control, security governance, and operational efficiency, and translate them into standardized platform capabilities.
  • Drive the design of supporting platform capabilities, including tenant architecture, permission management, API key management, quota control, billing and invoicing, auditing, and analytics.
  • Collaborate closely with R&D, architecture, algorithm, testing, pre-sales, sales, and customer success teams to ensure end-to-end product delivery from solution design to launch.
  • Support key customer projects, solution packaging, tender and bidding responses, and market feedback analysis to continuously improve product competitiveness.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • 3+ years of experience as a B2B (To B) Product Manager.
  • Experience in platform products such as AI platforms, API gateways, cloud platforms, service governance, or multi-tenant SaaS/PaaS products.
  • Strong understanding of the large-model application ecosystem, including multi-model integration, invocation workflows, routing strategies, and key metrics such as cost, latency, performance, and quality.
  • Strong product thinking in planning, requirement abstraction, documentation, and execution, with the ability to independently drive products from concept to implementation.
  • Ability to abstract customized enterprise customer needs into standardized, platform-based product capabilities.
  • Basic understanding of enterprise-grade product requirements, including stability, security, permissions, auditing, billing, and data governance.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration, customer communication, and data analysis skills.
