Product Manager

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept development through mass production and market launch. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, ODM/OEM partners, suppliers, and regional business teams to deliver innovative products that meet customer needs and business objectives.

The ideal candidate possesses strong project management capabilities, understands consumer electronics development processes, and is comfortable managing both hardware and software-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights gathering.
• Define product requirements and prepare Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and product specifications.
• Support product roadmap planning and portfolio development.
• Manage product development schedules from concept through mass production.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure milestones, quality targets, and schedules are achieved.
• Collaborate with ODM/OEM partners throughout product development.
• Support engineering validation, pilot production, and product commercialization activities.
• Coordinate certification, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Support go-to-market readiness, training materials, product documentation, and launch activities.
• Monitor post-launch performance and drive continuous product improvement initiatives.
• Support issue resolution, root cause analysis, and product quality improvements.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of Product Management, Program Management, or Project Management experience.
• Experience managing consumer electronics or related hardware products.
• Familiarity with NPI processes, including EVT, DVT, PVT, and Mass Production stages.
• Experience working with ODM/OEM partners and suppliers.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Good command of English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with wearable devices, IoT products, AI-enabled consumer products, or smart devices.
• Experience collaborating with international customers and global teams.
• Knowledge of product certification, manufacturing, and supply chain operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
