We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to establish and lead Intenza's product management function. Reporting directly to the CEO, this individual will define and implement the processes, frameworks, and strategic direction required to scale Intenza's cardio and strength portfolio across global markets. This is a foundational role with a broad mandate: own the product lifecycle from market insight through to commercial launch and post-launch performance, serving as the primary link between R&D, Industrial Design, Sales, Marketing, and Intenza's global distributor network.

Your Impact /Key Responsibilities

  • Define and champion the mid-to-long-term product strategy and roadmap for Intenza's cardio and strength portfolio, aligned to brand positioning and differentiation opportunities across key global fitness segments.
  • Design and implement a formal Stage-Gate product development process, establishing documentation standards, gate criteria, and crossfunctional workflows from concept through to commercial launch.
  • Author Market Requirement Documents (MRD) and Product Specification Documents (PSD), translating global distributor and facility-operator feedback into precise briefs for R&D and Industrial Design.
  • Own global pricing strategy for the fitness equipment product line, developing P&L models and driving margin performance in partnership with Sales and Finance.
  • Manage compliance milestones across all active development programs, ensuring adherence to relevant certification standards including ASTM and EN957 Establish Product Health KPIs across the portfolio and deliver regular performance reporting to the CEO and senior leadership.
  • Conduct regular portfolio audits across cardio and strength lines, providing data-backed recommendations for product refresh, optimisation, and End-of-Life planning

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is a commercially minded product manager with direct experience in the commercial fitness equipment industry, a strong grasp of hardware development processes, and the ability to coordinate complex, cross-functional programs across global markets.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, or Business.
  • 3 to 6 years of product management experience in commercial fitness equipment, with hands-on knowledge of both cardio and strength product categories.
  • Demonstrated experience managing the full product lifecycle from market requirement definition through to commercial launch and postlaunch performance review.
  • Experience authoring Market Requirement Documents and Product Specification Documents used by engineering and industrial design teams.
  • Proven track record in product portfolio management, including financial modelling, P&L ownership, COGS analysis, and pricing strategy.
  • Working knowledge of commercial fitness equipment certification standards.
  • Experience coordinating across R&D, Sales, and international distribution partners, with an ability to align multi-market stakeholders around shared product priorities.
