Product Director

Own the full business behind our scientific-instrument line — from roadmap to revenue.

We're looking for a leader who stands at the intersection of market, customer, technology, and business, and takes true end-to-end ownership of our scientific-instrument portfolio. You'll define what customers need most, set the priorities that matter, and shape where the next generation goes.

What You'll Drive

• Own the scientific-instrument product portfolio, roadmap, and lifecycle

• Synthesize input from global research customers, market trends, and commercial needs

• Define product specs, development priorities, and commercial requirements

• Connect R&D, Applications, Manufacturing, Sales, and Marketing

• Lead product reviews and major requirement decisions

• Manage new product launches and upgrades to existing lines

• Own product revenue, competitiveness, and customer success

What You'll Bring

A background in photonics, optics, materials science, solar, semiconductor metrology, or scientific instruments. Technical fluency lays the foundation — strong judgment, clear communication, and full ownership take you the rest of the way.
