Job Description

• Lead Backplane product design and development projects from concept through production.
• Act as the primary technical interface with customers and provide design proposals and solutions.
• Drive NPI project schedules and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues during product development and manufacturing ramp-up.
• Support overseas customer engagements and international business travel as required.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or a related discipline.
• More than 3 years of Backplane product design and development experience is highly preferred.
• Solid understanding of high-speed signal products, product architecture, and performance optimization.
• Proven troubleshooting, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis capabilities.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills with experience presenting technical proposals.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced NPI environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-driven, ambitious, and eager to take on larger responsibilities.
• Previous people management experience is not required; leadership potential and willingness to build a team are highly valued.
• Willingness to travel internationally and support global customer programs.
