Product Development Engineer

Key Responsibilities

1. Act as the primary technical interface with external foundries to execute new product technical evaluations and manage the New Tape-Out (NTO) process.
2. Partner closely with Fab and OSAT vendors to oversee pilot runs (pi-runs), troubleshoot manufacturing issues, and drive yield improvement for mass production.
3. Lead Customer Complaint Resolution (CCR) investigations and conduct deep-dive failure issue analysis to implement corrective actions with foundries.
4. Coordinate and handle PDK (Process Design Kit) updates from foundries to ensure seamless integration with internal IC design environments.
5. Leverage 2.5D and 3DIC packaging knowledge to address multi-chip integration challenges and optimize overall product performance.
