Product Designer-Tomato Novel

1. Responsible for the design work related to Tomato novel business, including but not limited to Tomato novels, Tomato Listening, Red Fruit short dramas, innovative business directions, etc. 2. Full-process design work from product research, conception, plan implementation to continuous iteration, find suitable design solutions according to product needs and restrictions, improve product interaction and output UI details 3. User research, understand user needs and translate them into corresponding design ideas 4. Pay attention to the impact of design on products, be good at rationally analyzing scenarios and data, and serve products 5. Design-driven exploration and innovation.

1. Bachelor degree or above in design major, more than 1 year of Internet product design experience, and complete project experience in the past 2. Have good framework thinking ability, good at analysis, summary and expression, clear sorting out things, and keen judgment on the possibility of solutions 3. Have good communication and collaboration skills, fully cooperate with product, R&D, testing and other functions to polish product experience in multiple dimensions 4. Applicants with experience in mobile product design and mastering visual design or motion design skills will be given priority.
