Based on some initial product ideas, be able to refine concepts in depth, actively explore design solutions that can meet user needs, and support product innovation 3. In product design iterations, be able to self-driven and cooperate with various collaborative teams to discover needs from data and user research, with users and experience as the center, proactively initiate design optimization and product optimization, and continuously improve product experience.
Qualifications
1. 3-5 years of C-end development Internet product design project experience, mature search product design experience will be preferred 2. Full-stack product design capabilities, and have certain product and data thinking 3. Have strong self-motivation and learning ability, focusing on accumulation and review 4. Have good communication and collaboration skills, be optimistic and positive, and be able to adapt to a fast work pace 5. Love product design, remain curious about unknown things, have an international perspective and background, and be able to use English as a working language 6. Bonus points: user research, motion effect skills, data analysis, and understanding of technical implementation.
