What You'll Do
Lead UX/UI Design
- Collaborate closely with PMs and Developers in a tight-knit team to design, test, and launch innovative features.
- Take ownership of the entire design lifecycle, from ideation to execution.
- Ensure consistent design across all digital channels (website, app, social media, email, and more).
- Develop visual strategies that reflect Limere's mission and values, making the brand instantly recognizable and relatable.
- Build intuitive and delightful user experiences that resonate with a global audience.
- Constantly iterate based on user feedback to refine and enhance the Limere experience.
- You're a self-starter with a proactive mindset who thrives in a startup environment.
- You love solving problems and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves to find creative solutions.
- You're passionate about building global products and understand how to design for diverse audiences.
- You have a knack for communication and work seamlessly with team members to drive results.
- Proficient in both UX and graphic design, with a portfolio that demonstrates excellence in both areas.
- Experience managing design across multiple digital platforms.
- Familiarity with social apps (bonus points if you've used them extensively — this is your chance to design one you'd actually love to use).
- Fluency in English, with experience working or studying abroad preferred.
